CalendarPARKING LOT & GARAGE PERMITS
Overview
In downtown St. Catharines, monthly parking is available at all City owned parking lots for a nominal fee. Due to the high demand for parking in the downtown core, all parking permits are issued on a first come, first serve basis.
Process
If you are interested in purchasing a monthly parking permit, please do so in person by visiting the Financial Management Services Department located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Our methods of payment include cash, cheque, debit and credit card payments (VISA and MasterCard only) are accepted.
If you are looking to obtain a monthly parking permit for either Ontario Street or Carlisle Street Parking Garages, please click on the link below to complete the agreement form prior to coming into City Hall.
