Street banner permits are available to charitable organizations or for the promotion of community events.
The applicant must provide a minimum of $5-million liability insurance with the Corporation of the City of St. Catharines named as co-insured or additional insured for each banner requested.
Banners can be displayed for a maximum of two weeks and a maximum of two banners at one time. The organization must deliver the banner(s) to City Hall by the Wednesday prior to the scheduled installation.
At the end of the display period, the banner can be picked up at the Transportation and Environmental Services department.
The completed application form should be signed and faxed to the attention of the Road Services Technician.
