Mayor Siscoe's SCORE Fund |
Mayor Siscoe's St. Catharines Outreach & Engagement (SCORE) Fund is dedicated to supporting community non-profits that are making a significant impact on vulnerable populations throughout the City of St. Catharines. The SCORE fund supports non-profit organizations through my annual charity golf tournament and other events, providing them with resources, funding, and support. Through collaborative efforts and strategic partnerships, this fund has raised more than $100,000 for local organizations. Together, with the support of individuals and businesses, SCORE is making a positive and lasting impact on the community. |
Mayor Siscoe's Reading Challenge |
Mayor Mat Siscoe and the St. Catharines Public Library are partnering for an annual reading challenge starting January 1st, 2024. The challenge involves reading a book that fits into each category from January to December. Participants can share their progress on Instagram using the hashtag #ReadSTC and tagging @matsiscoe and @stcatharineslibrary. At the end of the year, there will be a draw for a grand prize package. To enter, submit your reading lists to readstc@stcatharines.ca before December 31st, 2024. Each month you participate in the challenge earns you an entry for the grand prize draw. Mentioning the Mayor and the library on social media with a photo and the hashtag #ReadSTC gives you extra entries.
