With the exception of statutory holidays, City Council meetings are held every second Monday at 6:30 p.m. City Council meetings are held in Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall, 50 Church St.

A special meeting of City Council is being held to discuss Inter-Municipal Transit.
The public can attend in person or stream the meeting on the City of St. Catharines' website.
Complete our online inter-municipal transit feedback form to give your opinion on inter-municipal transit. Comments received will be included as part of a staff report to City Council about inter-municipal transit.
A request to appear before City Council may be obtained by submitting a written request to the Office of the City Clerk, at least five days prior to the date of the meeting.
Appointment / Delegation requests to Council must be related to matters on the agenda, and are limited to five (5) minutes. No business shall be introduced at a meeting which has not been included on the agenda for the meeting.

Any written materials to be distributed to City Council should be provided to the City Clerk no later than noon on the Thursday prior to City Council's Monday meeting. Please provide 24 copies for distribution.
