With the exception of statutory holidays, City Council meetings are held every second Monday at 6:30 p.m. City Council meetings are held in Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall, 50 Church St.

City Council is hosting a public meeting to solicit public input and consider proposed changes to the City's Official Plan and Comprehensive Zoning By-law and related implementation procedures and practices with respect to residential infill and intensification development.
The public is encouraged to attend and comment on the proposed changes to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law and related related implementation procedures and practices.

There are three ways to watch the council meeting:
A request to appear before City Council may be obtained by submitting a written request to the Office of the City Clerk, at least five days prior to the date of the meeting.
Appointment / Delegation requests to Council must be related to matters on the agenda, and are limited to five (5) minutes. No business shall be introduced at a meeting which has not been included on the agenda for the meeting.

Any written materials to be distributed to City Council should be provided to the City Clerk no later than noon on the Thursday prior to City Council's Monday meeting. Please provide 24 copies for distribution.
