Museum Programs

Viewing Platform at Lock 3

School Group Tours and Programs

Embark on a learning adventure at the St. Catharines Museum and Welland Canals Centre. Explore the history of the Welland Canal, our community's link to the Underground Railroad or one of our rotating special exhibits with a curriculum-based guided tour.

In addition to the Museum's galleries, both guided and self-guided tour programs include access to the Lock 3 Viewing Platform and admission to the Ontario Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

Pre- and post-visit classroom activity packages are now available for our Follow the North Star and Welland Canals tour programs. We're happy to work with teachers to tailor museum experiences to classroom needs.

Check out our newest school programs brochure or contact the programming department for more information.
