Demolition Permits
Overview
To demolish any structure occupying an area greater than 10 square metres (108 square feet) or part of such a structure, you require a building permit. Please contact the Building Services staff for further information.
Process
Two sets of complete construction drawings, drawn to scale, must accompany all applications for permits.
